OUR VISION
Tackhouse Pottery is a sustainable artisan studio for potters to enjoy the tranquil and designated space for their craft. Tackhouse Pottery is designed to share a love of art and to create an artisan community that embraces the simple things in life.
OUR STORY
Founded in 2020 by Mike Newell, Tackhouse Pottery is a community of artists and students working side-by-side in a friendly environment that encourages and inspires artistic growth. We believe everyone has an artist inside them, looking to express oneself and we want to help you find your artistic voice.
Both our Monday and Thursday All Level Wheel Throwing Classes are perfect for beginners or those with some experience.
Our Wednesday Intermediate Wheel Throwing Class has prerequisites, so please inquire if interested.
Maximum class size is 9 participants * Must be at least 16 years old * Class cost is $190 * Clay and tools are extra

We only have a couple of classes remaining in 2026 and spots are filling up quickly! If we are not able to get you into a class before the year is over, we will add you to our 2027 class waitlist and do our best to get you in as quickly as possible. We appreciate your understanding and patience!
