Tackhouse Pottery is a sustainable artisan studio for potters to enjoy the tranquil and designated space for their craft. Tackhouse Pottery is designed to share a love of art and to create an artisan community that embraces the simple things in life.
OUR STORY
Founded in 2020 by Mike Newell, Tackhouse Pottery is a community of artists and students working side-by-side in a friendly environment that encourages and inspires artistic growth. We believe everyone has an artist inside them, looking to express oneself and we want to help you find your artistic voice.
Maximum class size is 9 participants * Must be at least 16 years old * Class cost is $190 * Clay and tools are extra

We are ready for another year of classes filled with new and familiar faces, alike. Below you will find our 2026 Class schedule. When inquiring about a class, please specify which start date you are interested in and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Both our Monday and Thursday All Level Wheel Throwing Classes are perfect for beginners or those with some experience. Our Wednesday Intermediate Wheel Throwing Class has some prerequisites, so please inquire if interested.
